Incorrect Shipping Information

VClassic Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

VClassic Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
